STAR Drug and Alcohol Addiction Services

If you feel like you may need help with your alcohol use, STAR, which stands for Support, Treatment, Advice and Recovery, provides a single front door to accessing drug and alcohol support services across Northamptonshire.

You may need help if:

• you often feel the need to have a drink
• you think your drinking is causing health issues
• you get into trouble or have problems because of your drinking
• other people warn you about how much you’re drinking

STAR can be used by clients, family members of those with drug and alcohol problems and professionals who work with clients with substance misuse issues.
