Family Support Link

Family Support Link (FSL) provide free, accessible and non-judgemental support, to those affected by another’s substance misuse throughout Northamptonshire.

They aim to reduce the physical, psychological and emotional harm caused to families and individuals living with or caring for someone who is addicted to drugs and/or alcohol.

The team offers 1:1 support for children, young people and adults, evening group support for adults, well-being groups and youth groups.

Sessions with FSL’s trained support workers will allow you the confidential space to talk about your loved one’s alcohol and/or drug use.

Support workers can help you to move to a greater understanding of the impact of substance misuse on you, end your isolation and give you coping skills to better manage the day to day problems that you may encounter.
