Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM)
Campaign Against Living Miserably, or CALM, is a registered national charity which was started as a helpline to reach men who were statistically more at risk of suicide.
These days, the charity has grown to support any one who is struggling or in crisis, and needs support.
They still offer a helpline, as well as a webchat service and WhatsApp service. They also campaign for the awareness around suicidality and also have a range of tools and resources that can support you if you are struggling, or if you are worried about someone else.
