Asthma + Lung UK is a British charity based in London. It focuses on respiratory health, in particular asthma and lung disease. The website has lots of information on living with a lung condition, as well as downloadable booklets for information and for making self-management plans such as the COPD Patient Passport.

They have great advice about keeping active with a lung condition, and host exercise videos on their website with differing difficulties to suit your condition.

They also run various support groups to help you connect with others living
with the same conditions such as an online COPD support group, online Singing for Lung Health and a free 6-week Harmonica for Lung health course.
