Run Talk Run

Run Talk Run is a weekly 5km run and welcome space to share your good days, your bad days and anything in-between. Runners of all abilities are welcome. We are a mental health peer support group first and running group second.
When you arrive, you meet other participants and say hello to the leader. The leader will then explain the route that you will take.
Don’t worry if you’re feeling anxious, you will be with like-minded individuals who get it!
Run Talk Run is provided FREE by amazing volunteers and is powered by the mental health charity Sport In Mind.
