Menopause Cafe at Delapre Abbey

Join Helen Aluko for fortnightly meetings in the Coach House to talk all things menopause. These informal sessions are designed so you can chat freely about anything menopause related in a comfortable confidential setting.

Helen is a Civil Servant and menopause advocate who draws from her own experiences with menopause to help bring these uniting sessions to you. Come along to one or all of the meetings, it’s up to you.
