Are you looking for a supportive space to explore and discuss wellbeing topics?
Manna House counselling services are hosting an online Zoom wellbeing session on the first Sunday of each month, from 4pm-6pm. They will discuss different topics each month as well as general wellbeing discussions.
They also run face to face courses regarding wellbeing topics, that usually run for 5-6 weeks.
