iDISCOVER

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has launched a brand new service called iDiscover to support the learning, growth and wellbeing of our county’s children and young people.

iDiscover is a new community of children, young people and those who care for them in Northamptonshire. It offers a wide range of free and fun activities, resources and information to inspire young people to explore who they are, grow as people and learn new things.

This new service and its activities have been shaped through co-production with children and young people. Activities include workshops, courses and webinars covering a range of themes supporting good mental health and wellbeing, healthy lifestyles and personal growth – all delivered completely free of charge as part of a safe and supportive community.

Any young person in Northamptonshire under the age of 25 years old can attend iDiscover activities, along with family members, carers and people who support them.
